Injection Molding Plant
It covers 15,000 ㎡ with Over 300 employees. The plant is equipped with 70 Haitian injection molding machines of 80-1600T, providing adequate production capacity. Focusing on the application of automatic auxiliary equipments, Sanyuan has introduced international famous brand of automatic loader and YUDO auxiliary facilities etc. Testing room is equipped with inspection facilities such as international advanced level CMM, projector etc. Total assets is 80M RMB
Tooling Plant
It covers 2,000㎡with over 70 employees. The plant is equipped with a series of precision processing equipment, including Japan MAKINO precision machinery, EDM, WEDM, CNC engraving and milling machine, deep hole drill, milling machine, grinding machine, drilling machine, lathe, die spotting machine and so on. Machining tool is equipped with German HAIMER thermal shrinkage machine, shank, Swiss SANDVIK cutter, German MARPOSS laser control, EROWA jig, EROWA automatic rapid chuck. Mold machining precision can reach 2µm. The plant mainly develops and manufactures various precision molds, such as automobile, office electronics, medical devices and household appliances. In 2016 the large precision rubber&plastics and mold manufacturing engineering research center has been approved to establish in Weihai. Total assets is 30M RMB.
Assembly Plant
It covers 10,000 ㎡with over 200 employees. The plant is mainly for the assembly of HP and JABIL printer parts, GM headlights and displayers.
The plant has 16 assembly production lines with annual capacity of 8 million sets for printer parts assembly, 220,000 sets for GM headlight assembly, and 310,000 sets for displayer assembly.
