Interpretation of “Sanyuan”
"Sanyuan" originated from Taoism, taking the "heaven, earth, water" three breath, meaning the growth of human relations, and long nourish all things. It accords with the meaning of the three Daoist theories in the Book of Changes: "The way to establish heaven is called Yin and Yang, the way to establish earth is called firmness and softness, and the way to establish people is called benevolence and righteousness", wishing the enterprise to size up the situation, take advantage of the trend and move accordingly; heaven and earth co-ordination, people rich enough, solid foundation, set the advantage of making people, making things and making a career of "being in the right place at the right time, and in harmony with our neighbor".
Lao Tzu said: Tao begets one, two from one, two begets three, three begets all things. In Records of the Grand Historian, there is another saying that "number begins with one, ends with ten, and succeeds with three". "Three" merges with "Yuan" of the "Kaiyuan, Shouyuan, Duoyuan", meaning that the enterprise can be the highest good like water, self-discipline and social commitment, proper relaxation, rigid and soft appropriate, wind rising and water ascending with endless. And it takes the homophony of "circle", blessing the harmonious coexistence of the enterprises.
Water Culture: The highest good is like water.
Essence: Integrity, Harmony, Everlasting
Drawing on the four characteristics of water, "spontaneity, static and latent moistening, combining hardness and softness, indomitability", the concept of water culture has been put forward, "being the same as water, doing the same as water and doing the business as water".
Being the same as water: Adhering to the water’s characteristics of "statically potential moistening things", "benevolently dedicated", a man should be honest, modest, grateful, confident, self-improvement, self-discipline,and to understand the dialectical unity of trade-off.
Doing the same as water: Highlight the characteristics of "spontaneity" and "combination of firmness and softness" of water, Temporary success does not mean forever. Constant dropping wears away a stone. Be honest, firm and tenacious and persistent.
Doing the business as water: Carry forward the spirit of water "forging ahead with determination", "perseverance" and "profound". Water in a hundred setbacks, constantly accumulating thickness, ready to go, and when the time is ripe, it will surge forward overwhelmingly. To be an enterprise, we should also have the breadth and thickness of water, the spirit of embracing all rivers, the spirit of fraternity and risk, the sense of responsibility that requires no return.

"Sanyuan is my warm home, home is the root of growth and development, and I am the owner of Sanyuan." We need to develop a noble character of being virtuous, carrying people and carrying goods, with respect to our superiors, kindness to our subordinates, sincerity to affairs and harmony with others.
